Josh showed me many selections and also let me know the history and experience he had with Car Zone. And he set up test drives for me and my family so we could parallel compare options. He is absolutely one of the top sales I had ever dealt with. Even after the purchase he follows up with me several times so far to check if I need support or assistance in anything. Last but not the least, my son loves their huge fish tank in the showroom. Josh offered great patience in feeding fish with my son while I was test driving and finishing up the transaction. Wow! I’ve never reviewed a dealership before because the experience is never that great! The team (and they are truly a team) at Car Zone should be the standard for client service, professionalism, honesty and fairness that all dealerships should strive to meet. I met with Kerim to sell my 2019 Jeep Wrangler…BEST offer I was made by any dealership in the city…no dickering, just a straight up FAIR and respectful offer reflective of its value…I hadn’t planned to purchase from them, but they had a New 2021 Ford Bronco (yes…the one that everyone is on a wait list for) and we made a deal I couldn’t pass up. But here’s the best part…there were a couple of small challenges…one with my insurance company…which the Business Manager, Samer reached out to immediately and sent an explanation for…resolved instantly…and a small challenge with the hard top sourcing…which Josh the Sales Manager also got on top of and resolved completely to my satisfaction within an hour. If you want a high value, quality vehicle…with the commitment to client satisfaction, in a place where you feel like you matter as a customer…you must stop in and check out this dealership! 5 stars…I can’t recommend them enough!

The last few cars I have purchased have been CPO through Audi, BMW and MB dealerships here in Calgary. I didn’t know what to expect when dealing with Josh and the guys at CarZone. I am not going to lie – I was a little wary of making a big ticket purchase through a used car lot. Every car is different and I would encourage anyone to due their research before making a purchase, but in my experience what I bought is exactly as described and promised. No surprises, no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate referring friends or family to CarZone. I don’t know what car I will buy next, but I know it will come from these guys.

Great place to purchase or trade-in for a used vehicle. Quality of vehicles are on the higher end so you can expect great value compared to other dealerships/used car lots. Kerim, Joshua, and Sales Manager Samer are great to deal with and patient when asking about questions on vehicle and financing options. Highly recommend if your in the market for a newer used vehicle or hard to find models that are clean and without issues.
